Libby Majewski, Founder and Director, RDI® Program Certified Consultant

Libby Majewski is a Relationship Development Intervention (RDIĀ®) Program Certified Consultant who has over 14 years experience working with children with autism, Asperger's Syndrome, pervasive developmental disorder/not otherwise specified (PDD/NOS), and related disorders.  She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a therapist while attending Villanova University, where she earned a BA in psychology.

After several years of working at Bancroft NeuroHealth in Haddonfield, NJ, Libby began an independent consulting business in 1997. During her career, she has attended numerous training seminars, workshops, and courses on autism, Applied Behavior Analysis/Verbal Behavior (ABA/VB), and Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®).

Libby founded KidsAhead Consulting in 2003 and currently is contracted by both private families and school districts in New Jersey to provide training and supervision to intensive in-home therapeutic programs for children with autism.  In addition, Libby provides inservice training to school districts and co-facilitates.

Michelle Wojno, RDI® Program Certified Consultant

Michelle Wojno is a Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) Program Certified Consultant with extensive experience working with children with autism, pervasive developmental disorder/not otherwise specified (PDD/NOS), and related disorders.  Michelle has a bachelor's degree in psychology.  She is contracted by several school districts in New Jersey to provide families with knowledge and training in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®).

Michelle started her career as a behavior specialist while she completed her associates degree in psychology.  Michelle has used teaching principles such as Applied Behavior Analysis/Verbal Behavior (ABA/VB).  Her work consisted of providing therapy to children of families with intensive in-home therapeutic programs as well as shadowing preschool and elementary school age children.  Michelle can be reached at michelle@kidsahead.net.

Tina Grahl, RDI® Program Consultant in Training

Tina is currently pursuing her certification in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) at the Connections Center in Houston, TX.  She looks forward to completing her certification.

Tina Grahl has over ten years experience working with children with autism, pervasive developmental disorder/not otherwise specified (PDD/NOS), and related disorders.  She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a therapist while attending Rutgers University where she earned her BA in psychology.  After several years of working in ABA home programs, Tina began working as a behavior specialist for Virtua Early Intervention in 2002.  During her time at Early Intervention she worked with a variety of families and children ages birth - 3.  Tina is contracted by several school districts in New Jersey to provide families with knowledge and training in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®).  Tina can be reached at tina@kidsahead.net.

Rebecca Berkowitz, Certified Teacher

Rebecca Berkowitz graduated from Chestnut Hill College in May 2009 where she obtained a B.S. in Elementary Education with a focus in international special education. She is currently attending Rowan University for a Master's in Special Education. An internship with Global Education Motivators gave Rebecca the opportunity to worked with the United Nations to organize and facilitate the first international videoconference addressing the theme of Education and Autism in conjunction with World Autism Awareness Day 2009. Her research on the global awareness of autism garnered the attention of the larger educational community and was quoted in the Scientific American. Rebecca is a member of Council for Exceptional Children and Families of Russian and Ukrainian Adoptions (FRUA). She can be reached at rebecca@kidsahead.net

Office Manager

 Debbie Verner joined KidsAhead Consulting in 2004 and has been an integral part of its development.  Debbie coordinates all client services for both our Consulting and Center programs.  Her office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
